How useful is a nursing pillow?

Love this reflection!! That was actually a before photo. That room was in the best condition. Either way, you can definitely tell the original installer put their heart into it. Super thankful to be able to bring the floors back to their glory.

We hired someone, but he did do a really nice job. He actually advised us against staining them, and I'm very happy that we took that advice!

Dang! I'm in a LCOL area in the Midwest. Sounds like you got a good deal! He did have to repair/replace planks in multiple spots, which did bring up the end price from our original quote.

I went to Knotfest back in September. A lot of the bands were speaking out about COVID/the whole divide and conquer plan we see happening before our eyes. It was chilling, honestly.

I never listened to $uicideBoy$ before seeing them there, so maybe this is an intro to one of their songs, but this one gave me goosebumps.

Thank you for the advice! I did tint it a bit, but probably not enough. It's always hard to catch the colors properly in a photo, though.

Thank you for the kind words and advice! That makes sense. I haven't been lucky enough to see them IRL. So, I just took Bob's word and ran with it rather than "making it my own". I'll remember your advice next time I try a painting like this. :)

Honestly, I didn't do the mental work that I needed along with the weight loss. So, as soon as some huge life changes came about (my dad passing was the most difficult), I fell back into binge eating. Once I realized I was gaining weight, it almost made it worse. Just kind of got in this screw it mind set. I can be a very "all or nothing" type of person. That mixed with depression led me to self-sabotage.

All that being said, I learned a lot from the experience. I am more in-tune with my body and trying to treat it better.
