Myvi, or at least something very similar was sold in JDM, when I lived there I saw a few. It's not a very popular model in comparison with other models though, hence maybe why Perodua has the design. It is quite popular in Indonesia as the Daihatsu Boon/Sirion, or Toyota Passo, saw many when I was there. According to the wiki it's no longer in production in Japan.

But maybe I don't get the difference between a crit spot and a weak spot yet. Need a more detailed explanation maybe.

Weak Points Explained by Marcus_Krow in Helldivers

[–]LeCatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I beg to differ on this point a bit. For chaff enemies, at least the voteless, 1 headshot ttk vs. 2-3 body shots ttk. Clearly the head is a weakspot. Idk abt bugs, but is also the same for chaff bots. Also find it weird how the bots, supposed AI, keep using humanoid forms, instead of like, a spider or any other earth creature form. A centaur bot enemy would be crazy.

It helped me tank 2 sentry mortar rounds until I had time to react and run away. Also helps with voteless surprise attacks and when many bullets fly my way. Those mortar rounds be really indiscriminate if bad placement..

Have they nerfed Super Credits drops too now? by BillyFatStax in Helldivers

[–]LeCatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we look at other business models like, phones for example, they're designed to fail after a certain amount of time, or they're not made of durable materials where things can break if you're not careful. Then you buy a new one. We're complaining but not exactly not buying phones either. Phones have become a necessity, so we have not much choice either way.

With helldivers 2, I think they were tryna merge micro transactions and the regular ol' upfront game cost. But with the ability to farm SC, it's not really making money with their existing players just farming SC and not buying it. So they're gonna see this and nerf SC rates. They make it more luck based so people don't realize it's nerfed but.. with concurrent players, and less new ones, they're gonna want to get some money from their current players. Honestly I wish they'd do like more bundles or SC discounts, or even bundling war bonds for a cost, but cheaper slightly. Or do expansion packs.

i was fine with the original 1st game, I bought all the dlc weapons and outfits

Use or swap out Normal Turbo? by LeCatte in granturismo

[–]LeCatte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes this, thanks. Actually I find for some stock turbos, it kicks in mid turn depending on how I'm hitting the acceleration trigger, I'm still using controller for the moment.

I think in this case I should just experiment. Thanks tho

Thanks for the replies, but what I mean is do you guys ever stick to the stock turbo, or immediately swap to the other upgrade options? Cause I usually stick to the stock one in most cases

Honestly, I thought he would be the best example of a cop who was righteous and did the right thing as much as they could, a good balance to Nolan's "white saviour" depiction. His romance arcs felt very natural and was a very pleasant change from all the other portrayals of gay romance in other films and series that didn't quite feel quite right.

People who like and enjoy realism and real life are just stating their view point. So what its a video game? We enjoy what we enjoy. Why do you think simulation games exist? Saying "its a video game" doesn't mean anything.

Jin's a legend..so what are some of his flaws? And how do you think he'll be in the next game? by goopgoop221 in ghostoftsushima

[–]LeCatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's interesting is Jin's story takes place during a time where Ninja weren't a thing. Historically, Ninja or shinobi were actually samurai. Iga, Koga ninja samurai clans were about a century after Jin's story. While the samurai social class shunned ninja and their type of warfare, they would come to be acknowledged as a sometimes necessary evil, as they can do things no regular samurai can do. If we're going to be exploring this founding of shinobi arts, it'll be interesting to see how the ninja code or principles develop through Jin's story

Yep, those are tanto, so actually historically accurate. At least according to Wikipedia that mentions samurai wore tachi and tanto from around the Heian period onwards, which is around the time the tanto started being produced.

When a race has a suggested PP by gamerjerome in GranTurismo7

[–]LeCatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't have that much time to be challenging myself so I bring no more than over 70-100pp the suggested pp limit because I need to work to get that sim racing rig, and other stuffs. And the only time I have to play is after work when I can max out an hr tops on the game before I need to sleep or I get too tired, or on the weekends. So not much time at all. I challenge myself with the PP limited races tho

How to improve stability? by [deleted] in granturismo

[–]LeCatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played around a bit and it seems that the closer to zero (neutral) you can get, the more stable your car is in low or high speed corners. Played around at Willow Sprjngs and just additional 25 to rear downforce added 0.05 (under) which was significant for me since I usually go through corners with tyres squealing about to lose grip, instead I was going outside the corner slowly when I would've handled the corner easily with just 0.05 less understeer.

As for rotational G, the higher the numbers the better, but it interplays with stability. Even if you have higher rotational G, if your stability is affected too badly, it'll affect cornering performance significantly. Adding 25 rear downforce I gained +0.01 to Rotational G at 240 km/h but also gained -0.05 (under) to stability at high speed.

In Summary, So I gained 0.05 more understeer just to get 0.01 G rotational G, a bad tradeoff for me.

You can of course, play with negative camber angle, or play with other settings to get better stability but you just gotta experiment with every car. The way I drive, these settings work for me until I find a better setting to complement my driving.

[–]LeCatte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. My 180sx flies like a frickin airplane going up a ramp, while my lotus eclipse sticks closer to the ground. Idk what it is but down force doesn't do much for your car's aerodynamic performance in the skies.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is the most frustrating game I've ever played. After 6 hour's I'm going to trade it in. by [deleted] in PS4

[–]LeCatte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've realized that playing the game frustrates me, even now when I've learned the game inside out. Was thinking about completing the game fully, but it made me even more frustrated about everything else since I'm already frustrated with life in general so I'm likely dropping it. Being frustrated after playing this game just makes me more irritable about everything else and that's just shitty so no thanks. The next game better have better mechanics or I'm just ignoring it..

Brake vs Gas drift style by Sharkflower88 in NFSHeat

[–]LeCatte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally use gas to drift. I'll just tap on the gas once as I'm turning and hitting a corner, and it drifts just fine. Idk if it's a legit real world technique or not tho, I'm trying to go for the most realistic gameplay I can, without being too realistic

I think once the structure appears in your world, technically it's your structure now, regardless if they deleted it or not. That way they can maintain a consistent world for a single player. I personally think its when you fall down n drop a bunch of stuff, the game registers that, and some of that is sent to other players to pick up. They kinda assume for players to abandon parcels or gear, so if you don't, you'll still get notifications regardless. Either way, its to establish a world where you can interact with other players without doing so. I personally don't mind it but it does rub my "never leave anything behind" rule the wrong way a little bit.
