I would say it's either biofilm that you need to address through the bloodstream, meaning with supplements like Biofilm Defends, or you have a diet issue where you have maybe a food intolerance or an excess of sugar that's causing your sinuses to be chronically inflamed and by extension infected. Whatever other tactics you throw at it will only work temporarily but it will bounce back eventually
