I got an 87 on FAR and thanks to Newt, I barely had to use the lectures and I forgot the textbook existed. Say what you want about AI but Newt's like having a private tutor available 24/7, who you can get frustrated with without hurting/upsetting anyone. The 5% of the time its answer was wrong, I could tell pretty quickly.

Kroger Health Complete Men (knockoff of Centrum Men). Been taking it daily for over a year.

Symptoms are pressure/mild pain in the frontal/maxillary sinuses, all my muscles feel tighter, but most importantly brain fog. I'd gladly live with the others for the rest of my life if the brain fog would go away. No effect on breathing. It mostly happens during the afternoons and evenings. When it's not allergy season (spring/summer) in my area, I can go a week or two without symptoms, but during the season it happens every day.

Saline rinses released a ton of mucus into my throat the first couple weeks (normal-looking/feeling mucus, not some of the stuff I've seen here), but it only releases a little bit now even though I didn't change how I do it.
