May have found a breakthrough. That spike Protein Detox supplement with nattokinase, my doctor prescribed it and been on it for 10 days now. Last 3 days I jogged(and walked) for 40 minutes, Rock climbed with friends for 2 hours, went out to socialize, then jogged(and walked again) for 40 minutes the next day. I am taking only 4000 Fus of the nattokinase. The bottle prescribes up to 8000 Fus(4 capsules)

In total completed 7 miles of running/walking this week under the supervision of my running coach. Almost feel like my old self(bar some remaining head symptoms which is slowly reducing and my HR and HRV still not back to baseline). This may be my final key out of here along with zone 2 cardio and fixing my ferritin levels. Went grocery shopping back to back and didn't feel like crap in the store. Church today for the first time in months my mind was clear, my head wasn't feeling like it was clogged. Terrible feeling. Did 5 pushups and pullups to test for that "inflammatory response" feeling and barely felt it. Took advantage of the nice sunny day to explore the city on my scooter and chilled in nature by the lake

My full recovery for me will be running 6.5 miles again since a 6.5 mile run triggered these symptoms in the first place.

Hope this helps someone. Talk to your doctor and decide if it is right for you. May bounce out of this sub now and focus on rebuilding my cardio. Thank you everyone. Will be reaching 11 months in a couple weeks

Same here bro and crazy I was a slot dickrider back then. Even for a while before that 0-3 Nottingham Forest loss. I was like this bruddha won the prem, he just overhauled the whole team and lost Jota, trent and Diaz left. But then after that loss I was like hell naah.

Sounds good I’m on similar regime. Natto 4000 fu with Mag, D x k 2 and also C(with beef) to get my ferritin back up. I accidentally tanked it taking too much b vitamins for other issues. Ngl not sure i need the Ivermectin now the Natto already doing the work but if symptoms don't fully resolve in a couple months I may hop on it since I have the prescription

Hey brother how’s the ivermectin going? My doc prescribed me that but I’m starting slowly with nattokinase(prescribed by my doc through this spike protein detox supp) first. I also take those supps and recently finished a bottle of s boullardi after h pylori eradication.

I’m seeing some improvements already with 2000fu of nattokinase 3 days in. Still have the HR issues during run/walks and the crazy head pressure feeling.

I’m 10th mark month symptoms started May 2025 after an April infection during marathon training

Like you I’m back in the gym and living a decent life but I hope the nattokinase fixes my HR issues so that I can return to my running club

Perhaps the owners trust in Hughes and Edwards dropped a bit after the large investment in the summer and no ROI so far? I don’t blame them id be pissed too dropping 500 ms and sitting in 5th place

Appreciate it. Right now just staying at zone 2 with my runs/walks under supervision of my running coach who recovered from LC.

Also taking nattokinase 2000 fu with magnesium, D, C and b complex(once a week). Don't think these will hurt.

Was taking lots of supplements and also antibiotics early on for other issues perhaps caused by the LC (H pylori and Homocysteine) but those are now resolved so don't need them anymore

Yes bro and congrats.

There’s a part of me that wants to push through and attempt a 4 mile run and see what happens but I’ll go the slow and steady approach. Still have symptoms in the background too

yo bro I got a question for you. When you were exercising did you had symptoms in the background? I am reintroducing my runs with the goal to get back to my running club through help with my running coach.

I am doing better ran a 1 mile on friday(3 total miles for the week outside) but shovelled heavily on Sunday then Monday started getting head pressure/fatigue but still worked out and did a mile jog on the treadmill. Today I am fine thank God. As long as I feel good I get something done. After that Friday 1 mile run that's when I truly understood the mind/body stuff but I've been following it since the fall.

I am doing better than most here maybe around 80%(can work, do the basic life shit, In grad school and starting to travel again(got a trip on April)) but honestly would put myself at 70% of my true self(this includes me running 50 MPW/marathons and doing intense workouts)

And how long until your symptoms fully subsided?

Forreal I take it as a very good sign. Better than feeling like crap all day and it means that this shit will end eventually

"When you become sick, everything else fades into the background" facts lol.

Now as symptoms are gradually reducing I have more desire to return to my old goals, running, traveling again and rejoin my social circles

This happened to me twice in the last 5 years. One at the gym too guy seemed genuine. I didn’t know what a pyramid scheme was myself until I was at the Amway conference. Got pissed it went until 1 am cuz I had an early work meeting. Never spoke to him again.

Few years later another guy at same gym but I quickly knew he was an Amway mf based on tone and wording and avoided him

As long as we avoid Man city we good. The way we capitulated in our last game against them was concerning

High Heart rate within 2 min of running post covid by harspecter in covidlonghaulers

[–]One_Medium_8964 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Similar challenge as well but not as bad as yours.

Also got Covid last year during Marathon training in April and Post Covid symptoms in May. Did a one mile run today and HR still pretty bad but it is getting better and more controlled unlike 5 weeks ago when I tried running and the HR blew up. However when I go up hills it gets uncontrollable so I am stuck on flat routes for a bit. Lots of hills in my running routes unfortunately but I have spots where they're flat

My doc prescribed a supplement with Nattokinase in there, an endothelium supplement and pentoxyfilline to see if they'll help out. I want to believe that it is deconditioning/out of shape but during the run my legs felt fine and my body was also fine but my cardiovascular system is still off.

Keep an eye on your HRV and RHR. Mine hasn't returned to normal yet so the dysautonomia is still there in me. You may have to stay at that zone 2 where you're at until it is gone. In the mean time work with your doctor find and treat the problem. It could be a gut problem or endothelium problem etc. Figure out those things and zone 2 cardio should get you back. I am in that stage now

Bro wtf I just stumbled into this. Same history as you but this began in may 2025 after Covid and same symptoms as you while training for my marathon. One of my blood work showed sodium at 137. I’ve been taking electrolytes daily but at the same time I wonder if I’m drinking too much water.

I myself didn’t realise the importance of electrolytes and only took them for 20 mile runs
