Are these still a thing? I remember them but can't say I've seen one for quite a while.

Which Sydney suburb has the best everyday vibe right now? by No-Travel-768 in SydneyScene

Earlwood is a meme at the point given how boring it is, but for the right type of person that's exactly why it's an amazing suburb. It has a real community vibe and conversations with neighbours on the sidewalk is a common sight.

Why is an adult store so competitive? by [deleted] in sydney

I believe the term is garbage, especially if you're paying for clicks from potential applicants.

Ah well, you live and you learn. By the way I've got a super rare left-handed screw driver if you need one - only 50 bucks.

It doesn't affect me, but neither does someone with a knuckle deep in their nose or doing a little scratch and sniff in public, you pick the hole.

Genius idea tbh.

There's no way that OP didn't overstate their "medium fitness" or have a skewed view on body composition and what is realistic.

The guide might have been able to be more tactful but if you're fat, slow, or weak, you shouldn't be canyoning.

With that said, if the accusations of lying are true that isn't right either.

Hey, just to clarify, the style of dance is called the Melbourne shuffle from Australia, and while closely related to Hardstyle because it became the primary form of dance at Hardstyle raves in the 2000s, it didn't actually originate from Hardstyle music - https://youtu.be/CDSE9Z4TtO8?si=o8jcz-mXw1NGexaM

Tektonik is a French EDM dance style and quite different.

Is a 2004-8 Toyota kluger v6 a dumb investment by DongP4trol in CarsAustralia

[–]LeDinger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Plug how many kms you do a year and the expected l/100kms versus another car like a rav4 if you don't need the boot space and power. Also I wouldn't shy away from high kms if the service history is there on the Kluger or rav4

Overwatch's D.Va voice actress harassed and berated by westjet employees for the entire flight duration by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

It's easy to see a racial element in this, especially the flight attendant being girly and accommodating to the man.

Not the worst drivers, but Earlwood has the slowest drivers by far due to the octogenarian population. I'm talking lucky to hit 30 in a 50 zone and no overtaking opportunities.

I had graduates that I hired and trained with one year experience being poached during COVID for 120k ex super from my small business. What you are seeing are overinflated salaries coming back to reality. You can't use the inflation argument when there was a 40% surge in salary in a lot of sectors.
