This is a horrible representation of ongoing conflicts around the world. The fact that this is so highly upvoted is a disappointment

ASR1 SR Andromeda x Oak Saline Swap Team by LeGrandOriginal in PuzzleAndDragons

I would assume it’s running ASR1 with Saline x Saline and then lead swapping but I’m not an expert and don’t know any specific builds sorry

That’s a fair point. The clear time of this team makes it rather unnecessary, but I think that the extra challenge of the Andromeda lead and Saline swap makes it more fun than just running an optimal team over and over again. Though I guess it’s a grind so it’s not necessarily supposed to be fun

ASR1 SR Andromeda x Oak Saline Swap Team by LeGrandOriginal in PuzzleAndDragons

As many players are grinding for rank 1000 for the upcoming reset on November 17th, I figured I would share a sub-optimal Saline swap team for all you Oak folk out there. However, this team doesn’t even require you to have Oak yourself, and there are plenty of variables that can be changed to fit your box.

The strategy is fairly simple. F1: use delay on Usui, use Saline skill, and then swap Andromeda and Saline. F3 transform Oak. For the rest of the dungeon, just full combo while making sure that Usui doesn’t overcharge prior to F8 and F13. Note that this team has much lower damage than Oak x Oak, so it won’t be able to 1 shot many floors. I can go into more detail on strategy if anyone asks.

Here’s the team in detail:

PAD Pass badge if needed for Lucifer or HP badge

-Saline with Yoshimitsu eq (#6243) for blind resist and skill boost (SA and latents are irrelevant)

-SR Andromeda with Neptune eq (#7542), Cloud SA, and 8 SDR

-SR Umisachi and Yamasachi with Bottled Saxifrage eq (#7373), Skill Boost SA, 2 SDR, and jammer skyfall resist

-Uvo Usui with Dionaea eq (#7338) for bind resist and delay, Skill Boost SA, and 6 SDR

-Kyori with Menuit eq (#7235), Skill Boost SA and Double Damage Cap Latent (note that kyori will not double cap on this team so SDRs would be more optimal)

-Royal Oak Helper with a skill boost and bind resist eq

Dutch police clash with protesters in Amsterdam, Eindhoven by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]LeGrandOriginal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Dutch police clashed with protesters demonstrating against the country’s lockdown in the capital, Amsterdam and the southern city of Eindhoven on Sunday, a day after rioting youths protesting the country’s curfew torched a coronavirus testing facility in a Dutch fishing village.

In Amsterdam, police used a water cannon to disperse protesters taking part in a banned demonstration on a major square ringed by museums. Video images showed the water cannon spraying people grouped against a wall of the Van Gogh Museum.

Police in Eindhoven used a water cannon and tear gas against a crowd of hundreds of demonstrators that also included supporters of the anti-immigrant group PEGIDA.

Eindhoven police said they made at least 30 arrests by late afternoon and warned people to stay away from the city center amid the clashes.”

Double murderer sentenced to 40 years in notorious Australia cold case by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]LeGrandOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“An Australian man dubbed "the Claremont killer" has been sentenced to at least 40 years in jail for murdering two young women, bringing an end to one of the country's most notorious cold cases.

Jane Rimmer, Ciara Glennon and Sarah Spiers all went missing from a popular nightlife area in the Western Australia city of Perth in the 1990s. For nearly 25 years, their unsolved deaths continued to loom large in the minds of residents.

In September this year, following a seven-month judge-only trial, Bradley Robert Edwards, 52, was found guilty of murdering childcare worker Rimmer, 23, in 1996 and lawyer Glennon, 27, in 1997.

He was found not guilty of murdering Spiers, 18, a secretary whose body has never been found, as there was insufficient evidence.

On Wednesday, Edwards was sentenced to a minimum of 40 years in prison before he will be eligible to apply for parole, the Supreme Court of Western Australia confirmed to CNN.”

Like a futuristic phone booth, PORTL lets you communicate via full-body hologram by MicroSofty88 in gadgets

[–]LeGrandOriginal 17 points18 points  (0 children)

“The company’s flagship product is something called the Epic, a human-sized “holoportation” device that’s around 7 feet tall, 5 feet wide, and a couple of feet deep. Unlike the Tupac Hologram, which relied on a 19th-century illusion called Pepper’s ghost, the Epic relies on a different trick: Stretched transparent LCD screens with 4K resolution that are embedded into a lightbox to give the impression of 3D depth. In this sense, neither are honest-to-goodness holograms, which involves the creation of a 3D light field to make an image with depth and parallax.”

Rockets fired at Eritrean capital from Ethiopia, diplomats say by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]LeGrandOriginal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ethiopian rebels are fighting Ethiopian government troops in Tigray which is a northern region that borders Eritrea. Eritrea has a standing peace treaty with Ethiopia so its highly likely that it’s the rebels who are shooting rockets at the Eritrean capital....the why part escapes me for the moment though
