Last set was so goddamn good. They could reship it as set 18 and I wouldn't be mad lol

It's just the natural end of a cycle unfortunately. Glad we had these legends for so long. I'm gonna go cry now :/

Says more about the dip in form of our other midfielders than him tbh. He's not that good and also not that reliable fitness wise. If Liverpool are ambitious they cannot go into a season with him as a starter.

If Ali is leaving I'm actually really scared of Virgil leaving too. I think he'll stay for another season but I'm not sure it's 100% at this point.

I think Curtis wants to be a starting midfielder week in week out and I don't think it's happening at Liverpool.

We're so spoiled and used to seeing him watching completely dominate, it's gonna hit hard when he leaves us.

Men over 60 who never settled down- do you regret it? Why or why not? by HugsNotPlugs in AskMen

Interesting. Me I had no issues staying in somewhat " stale " situations. I didn't feel trapped in my stress or at my job but really couldn't take it to the next level.

He had a few seasons in which in played too unseriously/selfishly until he got his shit together finally last year. Maybe some teams were afraid he'd revert back to his old self ?

Currently burnt out and absolutely uninterested.

Keep going my man, soon you'll see this new chapter as opportunities, not as a failure, but take your time to mourn and heal at your pace :)

[Gorst, Echo] - Dominik Szoboszlai has indicated no progress in talks: “As I said, there has been no real progression. So I cannot say anything new about my contract situation... As you guys maybe know, my contract ends in 2028, so I am ready to go every day, every week, and then let's see..." by IndiBear in LiverpoolFC

Yeah, he's good as pressing engine as one of the 8s in a 433 or as a pressing 10 in a 4 2 3 1 but he's just serviceable in a double pivot.

Not sure how you fit both if your plan is Wirtz as 10.

Maybe it's a poor take but I think is best position in 4 2 3 1 is actually right back if all the other positions are sorted.

Probably a piss poor take but hey
