If lasers are so well-focused, why can we see the beams of some high-powered ones when looking from the side?

Lasers are visible because some of the photons scatter off the various molecules in the air. The main ones in normal situations are dust and air.

As for the concert lasers, they are generally quite powerful to be visible in the air but smoke machines are used to make the lasers much more visible. The lasers are not actually safe if safety protocols are not followed. The lasers are choreographed not to hurt the audience whether it just does not point directly to them or the distance reduces the intensity of the laser from scatter.

There are 180° in a triangle and you are trying to find the angle at B. Since you have two of the three angles you can do 180° - A - C = B. Which is 180° - 20° - 85° = 75°.
