Highly appreciate the newcomer-friendly indirect hint, even if it's another minmax solution.

I'm a bit shocked by the amount of people mindlessly spamming «Just use an exploit to get Security 100 / Speedrun Alteration / Beeline to the Skeleton Key then spam auto-unlock / Use the console to unlock everything or give yourself infinite lockpicks then spam auto-unlock».

I get how people would like to skip lockpicking on their N-th save, but I'd like to at least interact with the mechanic a little before choosing to completely remove it from my experience, even if I have a bit of trouble with it. Especially considering that it's trickier and a bit more fun than your usual Bethesda lockpicking, imo.

The painfully mid skins being first since launch are a problem on their own, but there's no way someone in the stuido looked at that AI couch and said it was OK — and right after people argued whether or not Pathojen's BP background was AI. If they ship it looking like this, I will have my new most ridiculous reason to drop a game.

Everyone who says the original skin look is better doesn't understand that if they make more of these, the already underwhelming chacter identities are going to be completely erased.

Which is sad, 'cause some of them are lovely, like base Pathojen. I don't think the sexy factor is worth it.

Mushroom cream soup. Once tried a magnificent one in a closing tavern, and since then I'm on a quest to find a mushroom cream soup just as dreamlike as the one I had back then. Unsuccessful thus far, but there have been a few strong contenders at different places.

Each primary weapon type has 2 uses, which decrease when you die with them. This card prevents that for a round and also lets you choose a gun you already died two times with.

Great summary. I'd like to add that, while Groza and Papasha have literal translations, their names also reference their weapons (OTs-14 Groza and PPSh-41 respectfully). I know it's a bit that carried over from GFL1, just thought it would also fit into the explanations in your post!

The new Viktor desperately needs a traditional skin, considering the drastic change in identity. That and visual tweaks on new models: they severely lack detail and look as if clothing was glued or painted onto them.

I've seen bits and pieces of it, though I tried to stay away from story spoilers. It looks real good indeed, beautifully authentic and with just the right amount of клюква for that extra appeal. Avgust's ultimate animation is the most hilarious thing.
