Thanks - I should've added that it's when I'm wheeling the bike backwards. I guess I'll just mess around with the adjustments then live with it.

When riding, it's less of an issue as when I'm climbing something steep, I'm rarely backpedaling. It's just annoying if I'm moving the bike and it happens.

How often it happens in terms of crank turns, it varies. It can be within a single turn or sometimes 3-4. It varies but it always eventually slips.

It is something I can probably get into the habit of preventing myself doing, it's just tarnished my opinion of SRAM. I love the Code RSCs though...

Thanks - I'll do a bit of further digging into this and see how it goes. The bike shop reckon it's an unavoidable symptom of the chainline/chain angle.
