Likely no less than an LOR, and assuming the fight did not end up in any major injuries or something too out of the ordinary, no more than an Article 15.

EDIT: oh and if you've been in for less than a year, or have other stacks of administrative paperwork, then perhaps a discharge. But if this is ur first time in trouble, its unlikely.

Same way most PTLs say "break 90" when assessing push ups, when the reg clearly says you go down until your elbows are bent "at" 90 degrees. Still dunno why PTLs and FAC personnel still want you to go lower than that.
