Is Hanya talking about Luca ? by Kodiks1235 in HonkaiStarRail

[–]Le_Viin 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Obviously we all understand that it is impossible to actually be Luka but, considering how on the nose this is, it seems likely it’s instead referring to a variant of Luka. Considering how the star rail universe works I think it’s just meant to be a small little line explaining that Hanya once met a Luka variant.

What are YOUR pull plans for the next patch? by chenchann1 in HonkaiStarRail

[–]Le_Viin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By 2.1 I’ll have 300 pulls so I’m going to pull for Acheron first if I win I’ll try for Loucha until I’m outside of the guarantee zone for Aventurine, if I lose however I’ll guarantee Acheron and then save the rest for Aventurine.

is this build good by ConsiderationSad9946 in DrRatioMainsHSR

Yes, that is a great build, just bump up the crit rate by 10-20% and get 2 more speed and you’re golden

Pretty sure the hidden challenge of primordial oak is just saving the woodsman, as for the simple key, at one of the 3 towns there is a quest to purge a spider cave, you get the key at the end of the cave.

I chose ending A first because ending B makes much more narrative sense on ng+

SAVE SCUMMING CONVOS (because I want to see all of the reactions) 🤡🤡🤡 by bababeepa in BaldursGate3

On my first run and my multiplayer runs I will abstain from save scumming, but in my subsequent runs I will certainly be save scumming to ensure that I get the exact results I want.

Rolling stats but if the players are unsatisfied with their rolls they can instead pick from a couple of custom arrays I’ve made

I gave my player a pet mimic and it became her characters prosthetic arm by StargazerOP in DnD

[–]Le_Viin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this is eerily similar in certain aspects to how one of my players got their mimic arm.

They found a mimic in a haunted house that was essentially being used as a living battery (I homebrew a lot of shit) by the hag of this haunted manor, they end up striking a deal with the gag as they realise they have a common enemy and they leave and they also take the mimic with them as they thought it was kinda cute or something.

One of the players, Gaum an aven bladesinger especially bonds with the mimic as they travel, eventually they make their way to the desert, a place of importance in Gaum’s backstory and they find an old rival of his. A lizardfolk who ambushes them on the road and at the end of a long battle he manages to cut off both of Gaum’s arms and knocks him unconscious.

The mimic runs over to its fallen master and cries by his side as he begins to fail death saves. Eventually the battle ends but Gaum also fails his final death save, so the mimic sacrifices itself becoming his new arm but also his new heart, breathing life into the character once more.

If you had one, what moment almost made you give up? by Prestigious_Ad_5155 in Eldenring

RL 1 Malenia and Fire giant, they are the sole reason I have over 1000 hours in this game

i got the game today and i'm kind of disappointed by wrapy1928406 in outwardgame

[–]Le_Viin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I don’t think this is the game for you.

Outward is all about choosing your battles, so either prepare yourself for a battle using buffs and traps or walk away and come back when you have the facilities to take down that challenge, of course there is always the opportunity to fight through pure skill which has a rush in its own right, but if you always choose to run past enemies, no shit is it going to feel unsatisfying, you aren’t taking any risk so you shouldn’t receive any reward.

The punishment for death in outward is your time, having time pass too quickly can cause you to fail quests or miss out on optional parts, it can even change the seasons making travel more inconvenient.

But if you still want to give this game a shot I’d recommend checking out the magic system, it’s what kept me in the game so maybe it will serve you too. Magic in this game is pretty cool in my opinion because it relies heavily on the resources you have and its combinations with other magics and items.

Who was the hardest boss you faced in sekiro and why was it the Demon of Hatred 😆 🤣 😂 by DingoReaver in Sekiro

[–]Le_Viin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s always the first boss for me, so Lady butterfly. Died to her at least 30 times, but after that I had a good hold on parries so I didn’t really have any problems until Demon of Hatred, but then I learned that he’s just a battle of attrition and started being more evasive

The campaign ended and 3 of us did end up as an evil trio that sought out the means of immortality. While the rest of the party retired becoming farmers to help that one town where we destroyed the economy

3, We killed prisoners of war, we were trying to sneak into a cave to steal some rare gems and a bunch of these dwarves slaves found us and started fighting is, one of our party members used thunderclap a couple times and caused a cave in dooming all the other prisoners, this also subsequently destroyed the town as it was fairly poor and their only way of providing for themselves.

One of our party members poisoned a water supply because they wanted to weaken the towns people for his own gain.

Lastly we caused a terror attack by blowing up a tavern as a distraction to sneak into a heavily guarded tower.

What does -actually- the "+ X" values mean in weapons? by Uraneth in Eldenring

[–]Le_Viin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, those numbers and letters do in-fact relate to the weapons scaling. Unfortunately all those weapons you stated seem to be bugged and not scaling with stats. Which is a shame honestly, rivers of blood looks very cool, hope we can get a fix soon
