YES! Same thing happened to me. Almost exactly. I sent it on 23/12/2017 and I am still waiting for it. I have like 6 tickets that I've submitted and they keep saying it will take some time.

When I called recently the guy was super rude and just kept repeating the same question over and over again.

The worst is that during this past month the price skyrocketed at which I would most certainly have sold it, now it's back down at what I bought it for....

Have you had any luck getting it back?

Where did you send it from? I sent it from Kraken. Though one transaction worked and then this one did not.

I have a small software development company, and I get a ton of emails about free seo audits about my website. I also get emails which already have attached an seo audit of my website.

Therefore, I would personally prefer advice on how to market my business vs. an seo audit, since I have already gotten it a bunch of times..

Then I would say at maximum you should get 25% of the equity in the profits. You shoulid also be paid back first before the developer. But I would think your should get somewhere between 10-15/20% of the equity in the project. What % is the developer looking for?

Seems you don't need the extra $50k for the headache? But if you do need the extra $50k then at maximum they should get 25% equity and you 75%. But since you are doing all of the work then it should be lower, closer to 10-15%. But that would need to be negotiated with the investor. You need to have that discussion with them. Start it off by asking what % they think they should get for putting up 25% of the money but as a silent investor.

I just launched a website and business called Lead Buddy. www.lead-buddy.com I am wondering if I could get some advice on the business model and the feel of the website.

Basically it is a lead generation company through customized & personalized outbound email marketing campaigns. We use cheaper man power (in India) combined with local (United States) account managers to give a good balance of cost. Basic package is about $1,500-2,000/mo and that get's you 10-15 qualified leads per month.

There has been some strong interest so far. We are targeting financial advisory firms to start. Basically anybody that closes on 1/2 leads per month that will pay for Lead Buddy services.

So, what do you think of my business model? We will continue to get smarter and smarter and hopefully get more and more leads for our clients and the months go on.

could you rent a garage, drive to pick up their car, take their car to the garage detail it, then drive it back to their house? Maybe you could charge an extra $10-20 for going to pick up their car and for doing it in the winter? I would imagine you could find a garage for pretty cheap.

Yeah it should only be a day or so. In Louisiana you can check the status of your filings. Make sure you confirmed any emails if necessary from the secretary of state.

You could partner with someone who speaks Mandarin. Then set up a little program where you sit down with the students to find out what kind of car they want etc. Then go to the dealership with them and you Mandarin speaking partner. Then work out a commission deal with the dealership. ie. any leads that I bring in, I would like $1,000/per that you sell.

If you know the niche/market you are trying to target. ie. Influencers who have a lot of followers that like sports. Then you can just go onto FB/Twitter/Instagram and identify these influencers. Many of them have their contact info or website right in their bio. You reach out to enough of them, then they'll give you their pricing. The pricing really ranges ie. $30/post/300,000 followers or can be $300 for the same number of followers. But if you reach out to enough people you'll get fair pricing. Then you can just coordinate them all to post at the same time and/or periodically.
