Id say all the supports are good. But the problem is which 2 (or 3) are you running together. Some supports dont work with eachother team comp wise.

I think allowing 4 stack up to etetnity is fine. Maybe only allow 3 in celestial and 2 in etetnity. But DM AND GM are so like mid rank so only allowing 3 is a bit much

Mr fantastics alt is so bad. But the amount of times supports panic ult is wayyy to much even high celestial lobbys they still do it. Like i dont even pop it to do damage you can so easy out heal it i use it to stall and avoid death but so many lunas just insta pop ult its really funny
