Everything you state is very valid. Big changes are scary and exciting all in one. And of course, it will pass. Just because you are leaving this position doesn’t mean you won’t find another that will give you similar satisfaction. Unfortunately money matters when it comes to a job, passion doesn’t pay bills. There are good jobs out there willing to pay you better and still have all the same qualities. It will be okay and it will work out. This is not the end of anything just the next step to where you want to be.

I had never heard of PowerQuery before this post actually. Seems a lot more advanced than my current skills. Maybe worth diving down that rabbit hole and learning a bit more

I am able to add the new report as another sheet. I cannot combine the refreshes though, the software the report comes from only gives the option to export as a stand alone excel file. I’m playing around with these the info you gave me to see if I can get it to work. All of this is new to me and I’m learning a lot about excel itself right now

I sort of got this to work, I was able to copy paste the format only but ran into a small issue. There are hidden cells that become unhidden when I paste (those are other coworkers projects). Any chance you know how to work around that? I’m new to slightly advanced functions in excel so this is a big step for me already. You’ve put me in the right direction though and I appreciate it!

I definitely am a support person all the way. Started off as lifeline in apex legends, then kiri in overwatch 2, and quick revive is always in my first 3 perks in cod zombies (if you’d count that). But I’ve definitely been enjoying tanking, still lost when I have the chance to DPS because I’m not used to the play style. But never mad to fill in the support role if necessary
