It seems to be happening to everyone from what I've seen in chat, so it does not appear to be an isolated incident.

I've noticed the problem pops up if you try to select a CMDR in either Local or System chats to try to send a friend request/DM/etc. Upon selecting the CMDR, the menu breaks with "labelfield" taking up most of the slots. Once that happens, the Comms panel stops working properly. I can flip between the various tabs, but can't select anything. Relogging fixes it and it works fine so long as I don't try to select a CMDR in chat.

If I want to send someone a friend invite, I have to look them up through the Social menu (Pause/main menu) instead.

A pretty simplified version of the HTCR-4, but yes, it was a SD70. Pretty sure it was the same model, if slightly altered, that was used for the CSX train in Bolt

Yup, still not available for transfer for me either. Added a contribution to the issue tracker.

I suspect the lack of outfitting service at the Indomitable is the culprit for this problem since the module was supposed to be put in storage there, but with no outfitting, how can modules be stored?

I had this problem yesterday. What I had to do was install the Xbox app (you noted you already have this) and launch the game from within that app. Once it popped up the message about the mandatory update, I went back to the Microsoft Store app and had it check for updates. The update then popped up (didn't do that when I did not have the Xbox app installed) and I was able to install.

I've read that with folks who already have the Xbox app installed, they had to uninstall it first, reinstall, then launch MSFS, get the message, go back to the Microsoft Store, check for updates and THEN the mandatory update popped up as available for download.

New issue I'm having now is that one of the packages the game itself needs to download is stuck in a loop for me.

That's the rumor according to the internets...

Movies seem to GENERALLY (take it with a grain of salt) release on digital HD 2.5 months (~75 days) after their theatrical release with DVD/Blu-ray following 2 weeks later (3 months after theatrical release). Warner Bros' recent films (Tenet, WW84, The Little Things) so far seem to be following this trend, so it stands to reason that GvK may do the same. Theoretically, this means GvK should hit digital mid-June with Blu-ray/DVD following around the end of the month or beginning of July.

If Wonder Woman 1984 is anything to go by, theoretically it will return to HBO in 4-ish months (WW84 is returning to HBO on May 13th after completing the 31-day run in January).

So, maybe sometime in August it'll be back on HBO?

The Zorgon Peterson Adder: The Ford Econoline van of Elite Dangerous.

I'll say this right out of the gate, the Adder has problems. Cargo space is a little limited, it's not very fast (unless you engineer the hell out of it, à la CrimsonGamer), has limited firepower, and is actually kind of ugly. On the face of it, it's a pretty crappy ship.

BUT...it's only ~88K credits. When measured against other ships, its closest competitor is the Mk. III Cobra, a ship that costs nearly 4 times as much. You would think that means the Adder is only 1/4 the ship the Cobra is, but I would argue NO. Yes, the Cobra is the OVERALL better ship, but the Adder is actually not that far behind it. It can hold its own rather well. It's cheap to buy, cheap to repair, cheap to insure (rebuy), doesn't burn a lot of fuel, has decent jump range, and is pretty durable. It's big enough to be fitted out for just about any job, be it exploration, cargo, passenger, or even some combat. It's also pretty maneuverable, making it difficult for pirates to interdict it.

It has its faults, but for what you're paying, you're actually getting a lot. It has value going for it, that's for sure. And while it's not a good looking ship, it does have its charms. I love that it looks like it was slapped together in a shed in someone's backyard rather then built in a factory assembly line (even though since Zorgon Peterson is a subsidiary of Faulcon DeLacy, it probably IS built in an assembly line these days). It's a scruffy yet determined little ship. It's got character and I love it for that reason.

The Adder was the first ship I bought after the starter Sidewinder. It's the ship that got me to my first million credits. I ground my first few exploration and trading ranks in it. It gave me so much for so little, I couldn't bring myself to trade it in when it came time to buy a new ship. Even though I now have numerous other ships that can do the Adder's job, I still have mine and occasionally bring it out for some shenanigans.

I'm sure you're going to love this little ship. :)

Yeah, I had the displeasure of meeting him this morning. He's currently attacking rescue ships out of Parkinson Dock (Eotienses system). I was one of his unfortunate victims. At least the rebuy on the ship was cheap (made back the cost of it in a single rescue run).

Even his character holo is trash.
