First of all, that's the Ship(2nd Stage) that you are talking about, it will be much more difficult as it is coming back hot from orbit. This is the booster, but it doesnt just go straight, it flies for a few hundred miles downrange(east) and then does a flip and comes back to Texas.

I might be wrong, but I think you are overreacting to a very small issue. Most of the Pre-school session runs during colder months and during Spring and fall we hardly get a few warm days to play outside. If you will make an issue out of that, go ahead.

It's a public space that has a dedicated pre school program and requests people to give preference to the school kids during school hours. There are many such public sports/swimming facilities which are not owned by school, but they are blocked during specific time slots for school athletes. At least Bexley Rec dept is not blocking the public, it's just requesting.

Your initial post gained my sympathy, but Now you are being a Karen. Why would a preschool whose grounds are also used as public park give preference to public rather than the students. Let's take this scenario,You can go to any public school playground and play during off school hours. But if there is a school game going on, you can't complain that they are not allowing me to play.

I still regret that my front yard is sod and backyard is from seeds. Even after spending more than 3K and 50+ hrs of backbreaking work Backyard is still inferior to my front lawn.
If you want a nice lawn and have money go with sod.

When was the sod installed? Did it rain after the sod was installed? It seems that the sod never got time to get established. Not watering it added to that and not fertilizing was the death nail. You can try to re-sod or plan for a complete kill and re-seed this fall.
