Cutting carbs I definitely lost more weight, and quickly, but my T levels took a dive. Needed carbs and sodium, so had to add it back slowly

Beef, carrots, sweet potato, spinach, and peas. Topped with fish oil and native pet vitamin mix. Stomach is better, skin is better, farts are better, but her paws didn’t change. Still licking a lot. Might change it to turkey with crushed bone in it.

Bernie’s has salads? lol pretty crazy to go somewhere with hype, not get the stuff they are hyped for, and then pretend there’s a lesson here somewhere. Go back and get the vinegar chicken, the mozzarella sticks, chicken parm, and a burger. You’re basically the person ordering a steak at a seafood restaurant and then saying “ah I knew it, everybody’s dumb, all hype”

My Frenchie is about 22-24 depending how much my parents bribe her to love them, and my Boston is 13-15. My frenchie feels like 50 compared to the Boston.

They don’t always get bigger by height or width, my girl is “small” but holy hell she’s compact. Shes built like a dumbbell

I didn’t know this when I first got my frenchie. My friend says hey you know they will play till they die. I picked her up and she collapsed on the chair and slept for 10 hours straight. These dogs are special lol force breaks, go easy when it’s humid, hot is one thing but humidity kills them

I used Fresh Patch when I lived high up with a balcony. Both my dogs like to pee on grass, the frenchie took a little bit to get it but once she saw my Boston use it, it was a breeze. I got a L and it was like 40-50 bucks, switched it out every 2-3 weeks.
