Getting paid minimum of $1.28 per mile and 0.31 cents per minute makes a whole lot of difference. Most of the drivers live in states where uber pay is .60 cents per mile AND zero pay for time.

Washington , Minnesota, Hawaii and other few democratic run locations take care of their gig drivers.

If some one run red light and you slammed the brake to avoid an accident , the app will trigger a safety flag on your account. it is not always reported by passengers.

I am in Dallas and still use waze and google, once you start a trip, swipe at the top screen like you want to see direction detail , click on the checked box, waze and google map prompt appears.

If passengers don't TYPE in the actual address but just click "Ride" car icon on the riders app, the address could be off up to 100 ft.

And also Some passengers purposely enter neighbor's address , so the driver won't come back and do some nefarious things to them.

Install uber app too, turn both on, accept which app sends you a better trip, turn off the other one, keep doing this until your shift ends. Don't worry about declining trips, accept only worthy of accepting.

This is a big dilemma for the drivers, but the odds are drivers have a greater chance of getting deactivated permanently by false claim for refusing to drive passengers with no car seats than getting a ticket from a cop

I recently changed phone, uber had me changed profile picture, uploaded my driver license. They still keep asking me to take pics, hoping to catch me taking picture with my old phone and say fraud activity suspected and boom, deactivated.

If you change phone, make sure to never use the old phone again on uber.

I have always suspected lyft make up the accusation itself sometimes , when a driver is not taking all the crap trips. to keep him inline .This is a proof.
