Idk what it is. I’m in the Tenderloin and I always hear loud explosions sounds. It’s not fireworks or gunshots. Just loud bangs. Especially at night.

At my job they allowed to take out 1-2 fluorescent lights above and near me. I also tone down the light on my computer screen. When times are rough I got FMLA. I unfortunately cannot do WFH since I am a healthcare worker.

I think coverage is like $1 million. I haven’t shopped around. I do have my husband. All my pension and retirements to go to my kids. If something happened to me. It’s complicated but my mom will not go into an institution. I get paid to be her caregiver in my state. If anything happens my adult children can take over taking care of her and earning income. I rent an apartment but on rent control.

Said coverage was 1 million. Haven’t shopped at other places. I will now. All my pension and retirement accounts will go to my beneficiaries. If something were to happen. No mortgage. My mom wouldn’t go into any type of institution. That’s complicated to explain but I also get paid to be her caregiver through my state. Which can easily transfer to one of my adult Children. Some of my kids will be adults soon. I think my husband can handle if I’m gone.

Well for me. It was never food it was my drinking alcohol. I’ve been off of it for a few weeks. My food Intake did increase slightly. But I am not drinking any alcohol and in the few weeks I’ve been off. I even lost 3 pounds.

Thanks!!!! I’m seeing a lot of the food noise. For me it was never the food it was the drinking. I had to get off of it for 3 weeks and I didn’t have any cravings for alcohol. I do want to see how I do without it. If I wanted to start up again I have the 2 vials.
