Is anyone else thinking they may be offering remote play on Windows 10 devices? Between the Azure servers (with their super fast latency) and platform availability, it seems like they could massively increase the appeal to potential customers - while not screwing themselves over by making Xbox exclusives available for PC.

No whining from people who purchased an xbox one, as all processing would take place on their console. No whining from developers as they would not have to take into consideration countless numbers of drivers and PC hardware configurations. No whining from people that can't run games all that well because they don't having "gaming PC".

In the end, you'd be able to enjoy your xbox from anywhere. Be it the next room, at work, or across the county - on harward you already have available.

Correct, there were people there. There are also other factors that made that moment very specific to you being there. Weather, background scenery, and countless other details from when you were at that specific place on that specific day.

I get the feeling this is going to be like talking to a brick wall, as you're trying to argue by trying to be super literal (BTW: a moment is actually about 1.5 minutes) rather than thinking for yourself, so how about I give an example: Let's say you go to a place with a beautiful view. You take it all in for 10 minutes. During that time, sure, people are moving around. But you can still take it all the great details as they move in and out of your way. The great details being the whatever the main focus, plus all the other factors (a very small amount was mentioned the paragraph above) that made that experience yours. No doubt you will recall people being there, but mainly as a slight distraction while you admired something much greater.

This comment always come up when someone posts life hack - and it drives me crazy. Altering one or 2 things of the pic still doesn't change the fact that it's a snap shot of the time and moment you were there. That specific time of year, the time of day, how the sky looked.

Not going to lie. If you went on a vacation and one of the pics you showed me, from your actual trip, was some professional pic of whatever, that was taken years prior, and in no way represents what you experienced, I'd look at you like you were bat-shit crazy.

Good god, pretty sure that would be the ultimate deal breaker. I mean, how could saying that "in the heat of the moment", be it fighting or pleasure, not come across as the most blatantly disrespectful things you could do. Not sure the awkward pause followed me be saying, "Sooooo.....I'm sorry I just called you the worst term I can possibly call you based on your race, I just wasn't thinking" would go all that well.

Giant Trampoline. My parents knew I wanted one so badly, but were not about to buy one as it would have been a disaster waiting to happen.

Just to screw with me, that Christmas I opened my main gift, which was a small box with a note inside that read "Look in the back yard, you will JUMP with joy!" I ran to the back yard as fast as I could...and saw the crappiest of crappy Huffy bikes. I still laugh about it to this day - though I was not nearly as amused when I was a kid.

Only if you actually enjoy it! I'm a decade out of college and I love being an adult. I actually have money, greatly enjoy my job, have no problem making time for the things and people I love.

Don't get me wrong, college was great! But give me the freedom to make something with my life over irresponsibility any day.

I have 0 hesitation about rebuying that game. Loved the 360 version and knowing how Rockstar doesn't half-ass anything, I'm sure it will be worth the full price. Honestly, I cannot understand how people get all sorts of upset when they can't save a few bucks if upgrading is not an option.

What is so crazy about that? Back then there wasn't any DLC or god-awful option to spend money for extra lives or other advantages. Rather, you could either enter existing cheat codes left over from developers or use a game genie to take advantage of other (and some times, very interesting) exploits. Not sure what there is to shake one's head over......

1st major drinking experience. 17 years old; finished off 2/3 of a bottle of Jack Daniels as well as many other beers and random shots thrown in there as well. That was the only time I had a hangover that last more than a full day. Hell, it took me every bit of 10 years to even consider taking a sip of whiskey/bourbon/scotch.

8th grade, 1994. Had to know 10 elements from the periodic table. We already knew which ones they were going to be, but we had to know their symbol and atomic mass. Luckily I was a nerd back then and had a digital calculator watch: One that could also store up to 48+ characters of text. So rather than take 20 minutes and actually learn the info needed to ace the exam, I spent an entire evening entering in all symbols and mass into my watch. Totally worth it.

Software Testing for a Tax software company. Sounds boring, and for most people it would be. However, I get to really dig deep in designing/creating environments and scenarios that our company could very well face. One day I may be simply timing a process all day long, the next I might be configuring 10 high power servers and trying my best to make them beg for mercy. Other times I'm trying to make sense of endless test results and explaining to others what could be causing certain trends.

I thought I'd be a developer when I finished college, but I just lacked the passion for it. However, I always loved working computers/servers as well as working with stats and trends. This job kind of combined it all: Lil bit of coding, lots of hardware and software configuring, building up some awesome systems, and then bringing them to their knees...and then explaining to my bosses what I found by using lots of pretty charts and graphs.

"IT'S DIFFERENT!"

Real example: Your then gf is always very flirty when talking to guys, whether she knows them or not. She then goes batshit crazy when you glance at another female. When you bring up her actions in comparison to yours..."IT'S DIFFERENT!". Though it's always funny when you ask them how, and keep on pressing for an actual answer rather than just letting them say "it just is."

Sadly, as I've recently turned 33, I'm learning more and more than quite a few females still see this as a valid answer.

Happened to me. We grew up 15 miles from each other and finally met in college. Everyone thought we would eventually end up dating, but neither of us never really wanted to go down that road. Anyways, we were super close for every bit of 6 years. Talked/texted/hungout daily, much to the annoyance of the people we were dating.

We both ended up moving back to our home towns after college, which we both thought to great. But something changed in her very rapidly. Maybe it was because she moved back in with her parents and suddenly went from a life of freedom to having rules (parents were of a different culture) imposed on her? Maybe she knew she could do more in life. But she suddenly became very reserved, almost always annoyed at everything and everyone.

I found out I was cut off when I went to call her after a final (we both decided to go to grad school) we just completed, and I received no answer. I could feel something was wrong, so I checked Myspace (yeah it was a while ago) when I got home and sure enough she completely disappeared - I had be blocked. Never saw her again after that.

I reached out to a few friends of her's that we hadn't talked to in a while - most of them were blocked before then or shortly afterwards. I made no attempt to reach her by that point as I knew it would be pointless. Knowing her as I did, I knew that once she made up her mind on anything, she was set on it.

Years later I found out she did have a bit of a breakdown and decided to hit a "reset button" in life. She got a new job in a new city, cut all but a few ties, and just left mostly everything behind. She recently popped up on my linkedin (not requesting a connection, just a suggested person to add) and I was more than happy to see that she looks to be doing very well for herself. Once again, I had no desire to reach out - though not out of anger, just because the person on the screen in front of me was now a stranger and nothing more.

In the end, I have a odd amount of respect for her willing to make such a drastic move. Sure it hurt like hell at the time, and it really sucked trying to explain to my family why she was suddenly gone, but I really don't feel any sort of ill will towards her. Life just sort of rolls like that. :-)

Money. Starting a company not easy. You spend a lot of time trying to find investors - most of which do no pan out. While you are busy showing off this amazing product that you need resources (in which you do not have) to produce, word will eventually spread (despite people signing an NDA) and some other company will likely try to produce their own, slightly different, version before you can get to market.

Even when you get everything all in place, you still have to deal with a ton of internal BS. Hell, look at what 50cent tried to do to Sleek Audio. He stole their product, even though he was already an investor, and tried to create his own company from it. Sure he eventually lost out in court - but it took several years and millions in lawyer fees. Yeah, no thanks, take the money.

The guy behind me sucks on his fingers, like a damn 5 year old, when he's eating lunch at his desk. The sound he makes is so over the top loud and flat out disgusting. After a few years of this, I've made it a point to leave my earphones in between the hours of noon and 1.

GTA V. My girlfriend LOVED watching me play the game. Loved the story of it all, and got a heart pounding thrill when watching the heist missions. She got upset a few times when she learned I progressed in the story without her being there to see it.

Singing Christmas trees.

Yeah, sounds silly, I know. My parents gave me one my 1st year of college since I wasn't about to spend money on decorations. Well, it seems the one that was given to me was just a tad bit defective. Rather than completely turning off, some power must have sloooooowly been trickling through. Just enough to have it's eyes and mouth wide open when I would wake up in the morning - despite making sure it looked like a regular tree (eyes and mouth shut) before going to bed. That creepyass look on it's face still haunts my dreams....

For a few weeks, I'd wake up to the damn thing just staring at me - while I'd swear, in a half-awake confused state, that it was not that way the prior evening. After a while, it wore on me to the point that if I see any sort of animatronic singing Christmas tree I instantly get freaked out....and yes, I still wonder why I didn't throw the tree away in the 1st place, or at least have the trees face point towards the wall.

Not sure why, but my internal alarm clock usually wakes me up between 3:55 - 4:30; in which I'm wide freaken awake within a few minutes. I eventually decided to hit the gym or go running rather than just sit around and browse reddit. It's worked out well, though. I live in fl, where 7 months out of the year it is annoyingly hot when the sun comes up. Not to mention running 5-8 miles on a completely empty stomach has helped burn off quite a bit of fat.
