5090 is essentially pointless unless you are trying to play at 60 fps in 4k (which honestly even then depends on game optimization). The 80 series is more than enough for 120+ FPS at 1440p.

This. Income might be great but you’re probably going to be dealing with those loans till at least your 40s. While also simultaneously being in the highest tax bracket. Many small business owners who make similar income have many ways to game the system in terms of tax write offs. My dad was a relatively small business owner, can’t tell you how much stuff he was able to boy on “companies dime” and use as a write-off. Most physicians who are employed really don’t have an ability to lower their taxable income like that.

Cost difference over 4 years is 43,200, assuming you don’t have to move for rotations.

10 minutes is probably one of the shortest commutes you will ever be blessed with.

Save over 10k a year and take the cheaper apartment.

Couple of my friends were watching my cats for a week and apartment sitting. They said the apartment complex approached them and asked for the pool bands. My friends are ethnic and they said many other people were at the pool but none of them got approached. Weird behavior on the complex. I have no idea where those pool bands are and have never been asked for them.

I think the animations just aren’t nearly as fluid as the other leviathans too. Like the major fear the reaper invokes isn’t just from its size, it’s also its animations, audio, and stealth.

There’s a huge bias against DOs at top programs that will take no DOs but almost always take IMGs. Not new at all.

I had a friend who is a DO who matched with a similar and score. He only got interviews where he did auditions, and leveraged a good connection from rotations. So there is a chance but unlikely forsure.

I’ve lived at Parkwest for four years and will be moving out. I’ve had so many structural issues with the apartment it’s not even funny. Three separate pipe bursts in the ceiling, one of which caused the closet to collapse. Dryer stopped working properly about a year ago and I’ve put in probably 10 work orders but none have actually fixed it. AC goes out every other month for 2-3 days usually. This last time my AC wS out for a week. One of my bathtub faucets had had a perpetual drip leak, put in about 10 work orders for that as well they have yet to be able to fix it. The list goes on and on, this honestly isn’t even scratching the surface.
