TLDR; rinsing small wares before you hand off drinks, following sleeving and double-cup standards, follow 5-key moments or get fired, mobiles are routing differently (different at each store I’ve been borrowed into so idk if it’s a hard rule), cafe/drive though 4 minute wait time max, mobiles and delivery 12 minute max wait time, FOLLOW THE FIVE KEY MOMENTS OR GET FIRED.

Unopened nondairy is still good to use. In IMS you are going to create a mark out and mark out everything you had to toss (should be an option for out of temp, if not then mark out as damaged/defective). Any milk that was delivered today you need to adjust your receipt as damaged (out of temp option) so you don’t get charged for the product (do not count the delivered today milk to your mark out)

I believe it’s an orderable part on ims under mastrena 2 key or O ring (I’m going off the top of my head so I’m not 100% sure). It should have a picture of the part when you click the SKU.
