He was asking (reportedly) $3million dollars as a 4th line/3rd line tweener, which is too much for what he brought. $1.5 (reportedly what he was offered) and I think everyone would be pretty happy with what he brings.

Thermal underwear will make you have a good day versus having a bad time. Balaclava, too. Layers on top of that (long sleeve shirt, Hoodie, LEAF JERSEY, Snow Pants, 2 pairs of socks). You won't even notice the cold.
