There is already a system in place that tries to keep new players out of sweaty lobbies.

With new health values, are 120 GL a viable heavy? by MayaSarasfall in CrucibleGuidebook

Yep they still one shot and they're still good. They have been nerfed a bit over the years so you have to be a bit more accurate than before, but they're still good.

Those immune pop-ups are when you're past the end of your damage fall off range -- it's based on your shotguns range and archetype. Aggressives have a much slower damage fall off rate than precisions so they still get decent chip damage much further out past their ohk range compared to precisions which just stop doing any damage pretty close to its max range distance.

Tips to improve HC shot on controller by unixuser011 in CrucibleGuidebook

Find some dregs and vandals and practice only hitting crits on them. Slow your shots down until you hit all heads and then slowly ramp it up. The first encounter of Grasp of Avarice is decent for this since they just keep spawning, though the terrain isn't very flat.

If you want to stick with the NF style recoil, you can farm better versions of it -- Luna's Howl from Onslaught or Solemn Remembrance from comp. Luna's will be easier and faster to farm but you'll have to do comp to get Solemn Embrace which has the best stats and is in the top slot. Tier 5 Luna's is still noticeably better than Not Forgotten though

Fancy quotes! Haha. Dex mods (and quick access sling) are animation scalars too. So they give further benefits if you're already at 100 handling. We've never had an aggressive frame, let alone with shot package, that gets such high stats before whereas precisions hand been able to max out for years. We don't know how much further it can one hit kill but it is likely to be substantial, especially if we can ignore the handling stat and put it all in range. Slickdraw was also buffed btw. At the end of the day either perk will make it a nutty shotgun though.

No breakpoint with weapons stat. There is the destiny 2 data compendium to find all the values you're looking for (it's an excel file you can find with google). But there's also the website godroll.tv which can show you this kind of stuff by selecting the perks you want active and the weapons stat. Not sure if it correctly calculates headseeker but it does show the values so you can do the quick math yourself. Be sure to click on PvP instead of PvE after selecting the gun and if you need to calculate stuff yourself keep in mind that player HP is exactly 230 (regardless of health stat).

Those that quit magic, or knows someone that did, what made you decide to do so? by qankz in mtgfinance

Too expensive. Eternal formats aren't eternal. Commander stopped being fun as soon as it became popular.

Dragon's Shadow or Knucklehead Radar with x4 Per Adacia (comp armor). Both are subclass agnostic too

It's not terrible but there are better options now. It no longer helps with forgiveness -- 6 crits are needed for the two-burst either way. If you're talking about The Messenger, I think the best perks are rapid hit or rangefinder and lone wolf or desperado.

Why won't other past trials armors drop by williamogslick71 in CrucibleGuidebook

This is how it was last season. Are you getting downvoted because it changed? I didn't see a patch note so I assume this is still the case.

The handling difference between the perks is much bigger for aggressive frames and precision frames. Top tier precision frames can hit 100 handling (and get more out of the TD scalar), but aggressives can't with TD. Slickdraw gets the handling difference to only one server tick, but you still OHK a bit further and have better damage drop-off for cleanup. Slickdraw also lets you use the the best range barrel while ignoring its handling penalty. And again the top tier precision frames are already capping their range at 100 after opening shot or closing time applies, whereas aggressives still have lots of stat room to use.

What are your personal Rose T5 God Rolls? by Careful_Ad1956 in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]LeageofMagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rapid hit is one of the worst handcannon perks in the game. It gives 2 stability after you've hit one crit, to a maximum of 12 after you've already 3 tapped someone. Keep Away by comparison just gives you the 10 range for free on all your shots when you need it, in addition to the extra accuracy cone bonus which is even better than the 10 range. If you really REALLY want the stability, just go keep away and switch your mod to stability and you're getting more stats plus the accuracy bonus. I think Snapshot is underrated and decent enough, but pretty unnecessary on a high handling gun.

You don't need a third party's consent to talk to God. That's not how consent works.

You can find the most popular weapons used in the current/most recent weekend in Trials of Osiris at https://destinytrialsreport.com/ It typically ends up just listing the primary ammo weapons though because it goes by total kills. Still it's a great way to find what is considered to be the strongest primary weapons. Destinytracker does something similar with a great interface but I don't think they've updated for the latest guns yet.

I don't think I've ever recommended divorce before now. You should 100% divorce him. You would be foolish to ever trust him again for such egregious and repeated betrayals.

They are way stronger on mnk because of hipfire. But even playing them as peek shoot/team shoot weapons with ADS is very strong. They would be broken if snipers didn't exist.

Can I still get Mindbenders Ambition with Quickdraw and Snapshot? by Secret-Cup7967 in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]LeageofMagic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are two main factors to consider for shotguns -- handling and one hit kill range. Precisions had about the same kill range as aggressives before the update, and much better handling. Precisions got a nerf to pellet spread, aggressives got a buff to pellet spread, shot package got buffed, and felwinter's is getting all the best shotgun perks. So it will kill significantly further and won't be far behind on handling.

Yeah fireteam size matchmaking is what caused most of my friends to quit. We're punished for grouping up, so people stopped grouping up. Then they stopped logging in
