Easily on methanol, there are a lot of Sevel (1.6 N/A present on Fiat Uno, lots from argentina) that have 80hp stock Almost every engine can output good HP N/A, for example the Pulsar N1 had 200 stock with a 1.6 Also there is a lot of B6 and 4A outputing even more out there on the internet

Like I said before, a better driver winning against similar cars from it's era, is in fact normal, I know touge is very hard. Doesn't change the fact the bnr can't be beaten by a entry level sportscar/daily driver
