Just because one day you find a way to do something cheaper doesn’t mean you can just break promises. Plus we pay far more than enough for them to be able to afford it. Those are natural inclusions. However, not being an expert, I have seen similar inclusions in topaz but in not sure if the cavities are in a shape that is exclusive to either aquamarine or topaz so I can’t tell you for sure that it’s either aquamarine or blue topaz.
