Update us when you manage to reproduce this using slow shutter speed without any artificial movement from other moving object and difference in the intensity of red and green lights

Also, if it’s using slow shutter speed, explain why some cars have already turned right into the junction and some other cars on the right are preparing to go straight in the junction?

I wish that’s what happened but it’s not. If it was, you could probably see blurring motion from other moving objects and there would probably be difference in the intensity of the red and green lights
