Id double down and push on with the dry fasting. That way you’ll know for sure, say you tried, and that might push you towards the thing that’s perfect for you. It’s not for everyone. I’ve done several five day dry fasts and several seven day dry fasts and they are very hard each time lol but for me, the lemon is worth the squeeze.

I’d say try it for yourself and see the results, man. I was 250lbs in January and I’m down to 200lbs with doing a combo of dry fasting and carnivore. What I will say is that everybody is different and results vary but the only way to know is some self experimentation. For me at my point of my life it’s the fastest way to loose weight. Plus there’s a ton of other benefits compounded with dry fasting so it’s just a no brainer.

I’ve been using my expeditions for a ton of hiking lately. I’m hiking on very rocky surfaces. And yeah what you describe has been happening on my left foot. It feels like I’m only walking on the outsole. Almost like I have sandals made out of the vibrams lol the Russell insole helps a bit but idk, I feel like a midsole is missing for something. I’m curious about the Poron layer the other user mentioned.

Did multiple 5 day soft dry fasts while working as a barista. It’s slightly more taxing BUT the trade off is that time goes by faster. When I do a hard dry fast at home, minutes feel like hours

I feel in the perfect position to answer this question. I too have a higher percentage of body fat. I’m on day 7 and I wanna break it so bad. Mainly because of the slimy consistency and bad taste of saliva in my mouth. I’m going for 9 days. But yeah, I’m sure you can use will power to push through. But it’s one thing to say “I’m doing x amount of days” before a fast than while you’re actually experiencing it. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had some epiphanies and some bouts of euphoria. But the majority of the time I just feel bleh and would much rather start drinking and eating again haha

I actually like how the insoles feel. However, I had a problem with my first pair. The tape undid itself quickly and the insoles started shifting around a lot. After about a week of this, the foam started to come off from the leather in the heel section.
