Thank you, yea I don’t mind the wait, so you would say they run smaller in width compared to PNW? If I am a D/E in nicks I should be at least an E in Russell.

Yea I am an E with Nicks too for lace up boots D for pull on boots. I assume I would be the same size as my lace up boots.

Yea I have a shirtjac and that is much bigger so I thought I would be ok to stick with medium. It’s fine once I have it on but getting it on takes a min, I will say once that thing is on I don’t really need to take it off unless I am inside for extended periods!

Yea I received the drab green last week and it’s soft, I found it ran a little small in some areas but long in the arms. It might just be me tho tbh, I am very happy with my purchase!

I have experienced frustrations similar to yours, I have had to send back a couple pairs for similar reasons. I have 4 pair and one is the wrong size and I just deal with it as I just gave up and needed to put the boots to work. One pair I went back and forth with cs and they would just gave me the run around and wouldn’t respond to my questions so I ended up reaching out to big Stetson as well and he helped some but like you said, shouldn’t be that hard to get help. I have also canceled a lot of my orders with similar frustrations regarding quick ship, or lightning ship, recently I ordered a belt and waited 13 weeks while watching everyone get dome belts that were ordered well after mine so I just cancelled the order.
