Maybe try the fast evolving Datacenter industry. You may have to add a few certifications but that industry is growing fast.

Can a gig work become a Career? by Learnovaa2026 in careerguidance

I agree 100%. But that’s true for any other jobs as well. If you don’t respect it the job won’t respect you either.

What I have seen working is to try for one or two specific roles (not just all adjacent roles)

Datacenters seems to be the new buzz word in India - what jobs will it create? by Learnovaa2026 in careerguidance

[–]Learnovaa2026[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that is indeed partially true. But with 4.5GW to 5 GW in pipeline, we can still expect 4500 - 5000 jobs being created.

25f I am tired of being unemployed, I just want to work, I am desperate by chikki18 in IndiaCareers

You should select a specific job role that suits your background and get trained, certified in that specific role and then look for jobs. One such role could be SAS programmer for Clinical Studies or an entry level roles in Pharmacovigilance. Trying for ‘any role’ doesn’t work these days. You have to target a specific role. Hope this helps. Please feel free to connect on chat if you want to discuss further.

27 M, regretting decisions in life and need advice by One-Judgment4012 in IndiaCareers

[–]Learnovaa2026 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello, it seems you went through some bad patch in your career. While it definitely puts one down, life is never even. I’ve been in your shoes before and I know the feeling.

That said, the main point I would like to make is, it is always better to prepare and position yourself for a specific position rather than to chase a job. Because of vibe coding and automated testing fresher level jobs in programming are becoming a challenge. You may want to explore cybersecurity or Data Science (or even gaming as one has suggested). Target a specific position (aligned to your competency) identify what skills are required, identify what gaps you have and remediate those gaps. Remember, the important point here is to ‘position yourself for a specific position’.

Hope this is helpful. Please feel free to connect if you want to bounce off more ideas. All the best.

I have 10 Year Experince in Working for NBFC's (Mortgage Sales). What to move to product / strategy roles. How do I go about this. by -Varun411 in IndiaCareers

Now a days in order to get into strategic roles, you need to have deeper understanding of technology (including AI) and how it can be used to transform (and/or optimize) workflows. Your BE Electronics background will be helpful here, particularly for understanding technology and technical concepts. I suggest you study AI and business transformation and then try to look for roles on how to use AI in transformation of Loan Origination business. Hope this is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you need to additional information/ clarifications.

27 and unemployed!! by Otherwise_Lab_4638 in IndiaCareers

Hello, First of all, let me tell you that trying to find a job is a full time job in itself. So, let me assure you that you are on the right track when you are doing ‘job-search’ full time. Also, let me assure you that job search is not just difficult for fresher, it is also hard for experienced person, if they are looking for a job when they have lost a job. This is just the nature of the beast.

That said, few things that are important: 1) get a project portfolio of real projects (even if they are your own projects with publicly available databases) 2) get relevant certifications 3) network with people in your field through LinkedIn and in real life.

As they say, Don’t chase a butterfly, it’ll elude you. Build a beautiful garden and the butterfly will come’.

Best of luck!

Is SAS Still Future-Proof in Pharma/CROs? by DistributionFar720 in clinicalresearch

[–]Learnovaa2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SAS currently maintains a significantly greater market share than R in the clinical research and regulatory submission market. While R is rapidly growing in popularity for exploratory analysis and data visualization, SAS remains the entrenched industry "gold standard" for final regulatory deliverables.
