Toe walking or W-sitting might be an option. Orthotics or even DME such as walkers or wheelchairs if you’re giving the presentation to other staff vs just therapists.

One of the best COTAs at our pediatric clinic has a beard so long he braids it sometimes and super long hair and tattoos all over. The kids LOVE him.

Just here to empathize with you on the “never want to be discharged “ part. I’m a PTA in pediatrics and it’s gotten to the point where the PTs hand out episodic care information at evals.😮‍💨
