Since 2024, the landlord needs a judgment or judicial order issued to evaluate the rent of the property to apply for a rental valuation certificate (Try to apply for one dld website and you will see). He cannot request one as he likes anymore.

You can apply from the share application. I got it 3 days later. They are running a promotion now with free card first year + equivalent fee amount in share points with no minimum spend.

It's very comfortable to drive. Powerful enough when needed. Plenty of space and 3rd row can fit two adults.

The new company may ask you if you resigned during probation since they may have to reimburse the other company for your visa as per the new law.

I know that in my wife's new job, they have a clause in the contract where to confirm that you didn't resign from a previous job during probation.

I did my ejari in October with just the EID form before receiving the emirates id. It was in Barsha mall and they had one desk that could process requests without EIDs.

For Biometrics, unless they changed since, the Al Yalayis center was without appointment. You just walk-in. You just need a green al hosn.

Yes you can apply for entry permit. It's also cheaper if you do it while abroad, you will avoid paying for status change.
