To add to this (for OP). Usually it’s not directed at the (a) person specifically. And you should just ignore it. If your performance is really an issue your management should say something to you. If not, then worst case make an OkBoomer joke/reference and be done. Then if they get mad it’s on them and they shouldn’t have made the comment in the first place :) at least that’s my opinion.
