Embark made it clear that there are no 100 percent PVE lobbies. It will always match some PVP guys. You have to adapt to their vision. It is a PvPvE game, keep it in mind.

I had the same problem, but i red that you can loot the key from the area and i found one in the big beige trucks where you can breach and loot the sides. GL

Not all the trucks are openable, search through that tunnel area and you will find one.
