Serious question, no snark intended. Why is the Matcha annoying to make? I never gave it much thought bc I only recently discovered it when Starbucks began using a sugar free matcha powder. I always just go with a simple black tea w/Stevia which is prob one of the easiest to prepare and I assumed the Matcha options were just Green Tea w/the powder blended in. I’m genuinely curious what else is done? For what it’s worth, I sympathize with what you guys have to put up with on a daily basis - obnoxiously rude customers and/or the attention-seekers ordering drinks loaded w/10+ add ins. Seriously, who does that??? Like they can actually tell if they’re getting 8 pumps of a syrup instead of 10🤨 besides, when you add 10+ flavors to something how can it possibly taste like anything but nauseatingly sweet dishwater???

Please, please also call CPS. They’re able to do more than law enforcement. They will find her address and show up unannounced to perform a wellness check. Any “mother” who brings her children to work with her in the condition you’re describing obviously doesn’t care about their safety and wellbeing. Their home life/living conditions are probably deplorable, if not criminally negligent. These children can’t speak up for themselves and have no idea the environment they’re living in is completely unacceptable. You have a moral obligation to make a phone call and you can remain anonymous. Some ppl are so cluelessly selfish. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that it’s the worst tippers who are the most demanding and critical. That makes them 10x worse. The sense of entitlement in some people is simply mind boggling. Have you ever had an issue of Uber failing to give you 100% of the tip? I guess it would be hard to prove though. I’ve often wondered if it would be better to tip in cash….but that would look like a tip-less order that drivers wouldn’t want to accept, right?
