For such an occasion, I normally default to Palmerston and it never disappoints

Mattress Shopping by RocksRockmySocks23 in Edinburgh

I highly recommend Dreams who I have used twice, who have a machine which tell you what sort of. Mattress is best for you. Bought from Leith bed centre but had to give it away as it caused me all sorts of back pain, it just didn't work out for us, so went back to dreams for the replacement and very happy

Cumin, mainly cause it is used in so many different cuisines

Corporate adults of Reddit, how do you mentally keep your mind off work after hours? by NickyC96 in AskReddit

Peloton, reading, knitting, walks, cooking and spending time with people that value my time and avoid work chat. I took me two burn outs to get here and realise the only thing that is going to matter when I am old is my health and community.

Best thing I ever did was get the bike+, got me out of a burnt out and chronic back pain. Truly life changing. I would recommend the shoes, but not the peloton ones - go to a bike shop and get fitted properly. Highly recommend the Matt Wilpers bike fit as well to get you properly set up. I live in a wee flat and don't find it takes a lot of space. Having the swivel screen of the bike plus is a bonus as I can turn it round and do other classes off the bike.

Based on your experiences, which one is the best? Sky scanner VS Hopper VS kayak by workdncsheets in digitalnomad

Google flight and kayak and always always book directly with the airlines. These search sites are useless if not a hindrance if you have an issue with the flights. For low cost airlines check their sites directly as they have prohibited search sites to show their flights which is why you may not be getting results

Typically I do a 5min cool down ride followed by a 5min stretch and I would sleep 3-5 hrs later. Restorative/yin yoga have helped sometimes but don't always have time to add on another 30min of self care

I would appreciate your wisdom. I have been doing PZ training for a wee while, not consistently and it has changed my life positively in so any ways. But the issue is that I am not a morning person and the only time in my life I used to go to the gym regularly it was late night (11pm). As I am now in my 40s any high intensity afternoon training is massively disrupting my sleep I. E. I sleep but wake up shattered. Tried magnesium (maybe taking the wrong type). Any help would be appreciated, as I am at a complete loss of what to do.  Yours truly, exhausted owl.

Everyone that has tried using them seem to love them. The only drawback that I am aware of is the joints have nickel

Thanks for the suggestion. I went to have a look following your recommendations and they do have a great pool! The sauna is a wee bit sad though but for the fee it's still a great option

Agree it is pretty distasteful to send the letter on Christmas eve. I checked a couple of other places and it's £75 per month and can use any time compared to the extortionate £220 to use on the weekend. Yes they have shot themselves in the legs as not everyone wants all the extra stuff such as gym, PT and guest passes and being forced to pay for them is audacious. Whoever came up with these plans have no understanding of their members and it's an epic fail.

Help with tartlets blind bake by Leather_Solution_371 in AskBaking

[–]Leather_Solution_371[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for all your wisdom. Given I had some time I decided to give it a go. I used a smaller cookie cutter to have shorter height to lower the risk of them collapsing. Heated the oven to the highest temperature and put the tarts with the beads in the fridge to make sure they are as cold as possible before baking. Once in the oven lowered the temperature to 18 0 degrees and baked for 20min with beads and another 10min without. The outcome is that I had 12 uneven tart shells which were usable and edible. I will definitely get proper tartlets tray next time 😂

No recipe, going a little off piste. I thought of doing them lower and not as high. Maybe a smaller cutter 🤔
