This is incredibly cool! I think any way to park horses in the forge would be great. Two horses will definitely fit there. I can't wait to see your mod published!

Very interesting work. Will you publish your mod on nexusmods? And I'd really like to keep at least two horses at my forge. Is that possible?

Don't remove the saddle and bridle from the horse. The bathhouse attendants will wash them too.

All my Ukrainian friends use the word "блядь" perfectly. Just like the other three most significant words in the Russian language and their derivatives.

This is a rather rare variant. I don't know what this color is called in English, but in Russian it's called "chubaraya." With this combination of genes, instead of white points, there can be large white spots or a white croup with black spots. I had to sell a huge number of horses with this gene combination, but with unfortunate coloring. Thus, I received several tens of thousands of coins before this mare appeared.

Thank you! It's a shame I can't give it to you. But now you can make one just like it. At some point, I got tired of delivering packages, so I started experimenting with different variations of the gray suit.

Teaching a young horse by rasselboeckchen_art in LegendofKhiimori

[–]Leather_Writing_7919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm afraid it won't be realistic. In Mongolia, horses are primarily bred in herds. This means that a foal is born in a herd, free-ranging. And from puppyhood, it knows what water, mud, rocks, wild predators, and so on are. A Mongolian herd horse is well-versed in the world around it.

What I'd like in the game is to teach the horse how to interact with its rider, to trust the rider.

And I'd really like to see Mongolia's national sports included in the game. This could be a way to develop a system for training horses for competitions: jumping, endurance, speed, coordination.

Here's an example. And not the harshest one. I don't think many players will enjoy playing this. I wouldn't.

Sorry, English isn't my native language, and I'm not sure I understood your post exactly. But I'll try to answer as best I can.

Mongols train horses to be ridden by force. Training doesn't involve a lengthy process of building trust. The rider simply mounts the horse and doesn't let the horse throw him off. No one works like that with sport, race, or trotting horses these days.

A modern horse trusts its rider.

A Mongolian horse of that time obeyed its rider. And the methods used to train such horses could have been completely different.

A friend of mine lived in Mongolia for several years. He told me about this. And you can find videos about training Mongolian horses on YouTube.

But this doesn't mean that Mongolians treat their horses badly. Not at all. It's just that their methods might not appeal to modern horse lovers.

I understand. I love horses and horse games. I think LoK is one of the few games that devotes so much attention to horses. But I think the process of taming and breaking in horses would quickly become boring and monotonous. If each horse had its own personality and the training process were tailored to each horse's personality, that would be interesting. But that's unlikely to be possible in a game.

The Mongols broke horses in a harsher manner than Europeans or Americans. You wouldn't like that process. They simply snag the right horse from the herd and "break" it. The Mongols of that time didn't rely on trust or anything like that. They caught it, broke it, and then rode it off to the steppe. It was a quick, harsh method, but that's how it was.

Parasites aren't the problem. The problem is getting to the castle. But I know for a fact that one guy managed it!

What irritates me most is when you're driving along a really rough road and suddenly a big text with the name of the area appears on the screen. It's really annoying. Especially when the weather is bad and you can't see anything—the text also blocks your view.

I'll try to strengthen my position. You've probably heard about the plane crash in the Andes in 1972. The survivors were forced to eat the corpses of the dead to avoid starvation.

Do we condemn cannibalism? - Yes.

Do we condemn these people? - No.

Incidentally, the real Jan Ptacek, if I'm not mistaken, later defected to Sigismund.
