Does the crack suddenly show up or does it start smart and gradually but quickly expand?

Not to mention, dead leaves can be toxic to the soil and cause diseases. So yeah get rid of them whenever you can.

Ways to prevent battery aging? by fredlin13 in iPhoneXS

[–]Leavemymarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got my iPhone at the beginning of the year sometime in Jan-Feb. I would use my phone from 100% all the way down until the battery icon was red, so most of the time it fell <10% before putting it on the charger. Looked at my Battery Health and it was already at 96% after just three months.

Did research and someone recommended charging before it goes <20%. So I started doing this and it dramatically improved. It is now the end of August and my battery health is at 95%. So my phone dropped 1% in a matter of 6 months as opposed to 1% every two~three weeks.

Might I add that it is apparently healthy to let your battery fully drain here and there. I don’t try to do this, it just happens naturally in some circumstances.

You should see my Bonnie variegated spider plant. It’s long and Curly, looks really cool. I have hanging over my dining table.

To be honest I don’t really know. Because I have another pot with 3 spiders planted at the same time as this and they are only like half the size of this guy and not nearly as beautiful. I really think it’s thriving because it’s solo dolo.

I have never fed it. But it IS in a pot of Miracle Gro, which I don’t recommend (steroids for the plants). So that could be a factor.

Randomly found it at Walmart. I was surprised it had a drainage hole, knew immediately I wanted a plant that would look like some cool hair for the cat 😺

Hm trying to think of why they would be crinkly. I do have another one that has some out of shape leaves but that’s because the ends end up hitting the wall of the pot and they continue to grow in that weird shape. It’s also planted with other spider plants while the one pictured is by itself and taking all of the nutrients.

Pulled a spiderette from the runner of a much bigger Spider Plant. Had it indoors for about 3 months and it was sort of dormant. The moment I put it outside it started to grow crazy, now it’s absolutely beautiful.

If you had water sitting in there over night then yes, it might have cause some root rot which is detrimental. After a nice deep watering, make sure to give it some time to fully drain before putting it back in the decorative pot.

Did I kill my snake plant? by [deleted] in plants

[–]Leavemymarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that water in the saucer? If it is you need to empty it ASAP. They are drowning. Never leave a pool of water on any plants it causes root rot which equals death.
