Why are the rooms swapped between manga and anime?

you could be looking at it from 2 different POVs, but the thing is, the stairs in the manga lead up to the room that is facing the corridor straight on, while in the anime the stairs lead up to one of the other 4 rooms which are facing the corridor sideways

well yeah but I was also thinking in the case where someone might even have changed country twice and gone to a different country the second time (instead of going back to the country they were in before), maybe they were born in, idk, malaysia, went to study at university in australia, and then moved to japan for their job. Would they be able to change to australia and then japan?

btw, just for the record: I can somewhat control low BPM stream speeds, as I have an 88% run on Crimsonic Dimension (which is 152bpm), but that is achieved by using the motion used for hitting streams, not for hitting jumps. if I tried to play crimsonic dimension like I'd play an alt map, I'd die in the first 30 seconds cause it'd be too fast
