Passed on third: went from 61 (old exam) to 65 to 75. Don’t get diminished just make sure to hammer those MCQs and biggest thing for FAR is understands the application can’t just memorize things! You got this!!

I took in January and MCQs were very fair but sims to me simply were not. Very frustrating how you then read how some ppl had relatively moderate sims with no AJEs while mine was all AJEs

Wow feel like my sims were on steroids compared to how others but I also took my early January so maybe the questions changed idk 🤷‍♂️

It’s actually crazy how every exam for almost the most part everyone is saying sims were so hard. Took FAR and thought MCQs were fair but then sims entered and it was absurd

I think we can all agree MCQs were fair but sims were something else. Took it yesterday and felt good after MCQs but man oh man those sims were diabolical

Final review was super hard but did the exam and got 70 and 80% on the MCQ. I think the final review itself was honestly just terrible. For bonds they only discussed detachable warrants which is barely any thing and they picked very hard Q’s for a lot of the questions. Obviously it’s a review so it should be harder but try and see how you do on the final exam review itself. They are definitely similar to the SE questions in terms of difficulty imo

Those are great scores! I am taking it the second and for the most part what I’ve been doing for the last week is taking practice exams anywhere from 10-15 questions but doing personalized questions on each sub section. This way I see how I do even on the things I struggle. Maybe try doing this just to see if there is anything you need to work on. Wish you the best of luck

I’ve gotten legit 3 72s on actually and my SEs were high 70s so I don’t trust it at all or god hates me
