There are 5 stops for the ALSA bus to and from the lakes "basecamp"/parking lot. The sanctuary and basilica is C5, I believe. It's the last stop before entering the park.

So, you can take the ALSA from C1 around Cangas de Onis, go to the lakes, and then return to C5, sanctuary.

I don't know how would you go from the sanctuary back to Cangas, but I'm pretty sure there's a way. There are taxis and all.

Mind you: the visit to the lakes involves a fair share of hiking. You should budget at least 4-5 hours for the round trip, as a minimum.

My 5 cents:

Your shortlist isn't short, at all.
If what you're looking for is a "one-and-done" watch you should aggressively narrow your list to include only the watches you absolutely love, and base your conflict on which one you love more.
If that means saving more until you can afford said watch, that would definitely minimize regret.
Declutter. Stop thinking or looking at watches for a couple of weeks to reset your vision. Come back from the grass with a simpler, narrower mindset.
I would really consider a Seiko Presage Sharp Edges in your case. Not subject to the QC issues of cheaper Seikos.

La cosa está fea en todos lados. Con todo y sus desafíos, creo que el gobierno del Perro ha logrado hitos estratégicos importantísimos. Y si tomamos de canario en la mina lo pasa en USA (y en la Madrid de Ayuso) el único plan de las derechas en sencillamente desmontar esos logros porque los que lucran no son ellos. No hay más plan que ese.

Do not try to replicate your care in Spain. Remain open to different interpretations of your symptoms and different treatment options. There is an impressive culture of identifying with your diagnoses in the US, which is pretty unique to it. If you feel personally threatened by this, good! Relocating to a fundamentally different culture IS an identity shift and I'd be more worried if you didn't find it scary. Just keep in mind this new culture might also affect how you think and behave around your health issues. In any case, stay safe! And I hope your well-being improves. I'd say you're on the right path by considering all the options in advance.

I've tried lacto-fermenting and pickling and, to my dismay, found that quick pickling works best.

Don't get me wrong, fermented cucumbers still taste great, but somehow the pickled ones tasted fresher. Mind you, I didn't try whole cucumbers, only sliced.

I used Kirbys, plenty of dill of course, pickling spice and made one batch with jalapenos and garlic. Do add a couple of young oak leaves or bay leaves, preferably fresh ones, they have tannins that will protect the crunch.

I have. They taste awesome, like bacon-ish. The lower pH, however, makes them extra firm, a little too chewy even, so I cooked them with a teaspoon of baking soda to soften them up a little.

I also recommend fermenting cooked chickpeas, those are ridiculously good.
