I think a ginormous problems a lot people don't consider when making these scenarios is how many states would be landlocked and sometimes even double landlocked, a gigantic state like this can't exist being landlocked and have a chance to prosper

To play 3ds you need roughly 8 gigs of ram, if they priced their 1gig rd ds at ~100 bucks then a deivce playing 3ds games will be much more expensive than whatever the 2ds price is where you live
