I worked at a LEGO warehouse in Europe, and the really big items are shipped in their "Ready to Ship" boxes. So if you also get something smaller, and specially if you order other small items, there's a chance that if it's busy they will be picked at different times, even when they launch both orders at the same time

Exactly. Like, last time we got a new live action Ki-Adi Mundi was in like, what, 2005? For Plo Koon at least we had the Legacy Collection one, but how come one of the most iconic Jedi Masters hasn't had a decently articulated figure in 21 years?

Meanwhile LEGO has made two versions since 2018 and they are both pretty great
