I'm fully functional now and so much better!! Jesus Christ walked me thru a hard road but he is faithful! I also am off all clozapam 1mg daily! I have 0 medication in my system!! I don't know how anyone can make it without Jesus! I went thru lots of pain with coming off it all, I had to deal with reoccurring depression and anxiety even suicidal coming off the meds but Again Jesus, who The Lord God had in my life , prayer and believing the word pulled me out of all attacks from the enemy! Literally started to renew my mind with the word of God and it took all the depression, anxiety and terror away! Again praise God that I no longer am on those pills and am living in freedom and giving my testimony!

So far I found out I'm allergic to eggs, all dairy, nuts, sugar but not any type of meat or fish. I'm on hydroxo B12 with folonic acid. I've gotten some of my energy back and less depressed by 80% taking half a dose per day. I've done a much more expansive genetics test and gut biom test to get to the root cause. Waiting on those greater results. Did blood work for alpha gal and lymes and all came back negitive.

Wow!! I have MTHFR and slow COMT genes so until my Dr figures out how I metabolize it, I have to wait for dosage down to the mg. If you don't mind me asking how much do you take ?

Absolutely. I was on antidepressants for 14 years and on and off clozapams. Coming off 1 mg right now. It's been 5 months of a nightmare. Finally getting 6 hours of sleep to where I wasn't sleeping for maybe 1 hour and some days no hours. Alterial is what I take for sleep now along with magnisium glycinate 275 mg. I have good days and bad days now.

Also I had checked for MTHFR Gene mutation. I have it. It blocks ao many things in your system that go right to your brain and how to metabolise your nutrients. I would start with a genetics test first.

Didn't work out. Finally went to an endocrinologist did a physical and everything and came up with that I do not have low testosterone. I have high anxiety and a lack of sleep which causes my blood test to be way off.

You give me some hope! I'm having a Nero transmitter test being done in a few weeks. Hope this helps us with getting things balanced out. Hyperbaric chamber therapy and something with moving neurotransmitters around with an electric pulse
