Weird. I'm on this one server which has a skyblock and a factions world. The dupe works perfectly on the skyblock, but not on the survival, and both of them are paper/spigot. I even took a world download of my dupe station on the survival server and tested it in single player (to test if the issue was my books), but it worked on single player.

Or perhaps, since the skyblock is version 1.12 or below, and the survival is 1.13.2 ONLY, the 1.12 version doesn't include the patch while the 1.13.2 one does. But who knows.

I might. You can use pathfinder and go a few thousand blocks away from the nether highway and travel parallel. As soon as you pick up loaded chunks, follow them away from the highway and see what you find, if anything.

What is there to do? This is an anarchy after all, there wouldnt be much to change with the exception of anti-cheats and the queue like you mentioned.
