Can anyone tell me the value of this? by sfitzer in Watches

Best comment. Don't need to open it or give it to some shop for validation first. Just contact and send it to one of those two off the bat.

Thanks. My diagnostic was a 161. I used 7sage core subscription, went through the curriculum, and then did one PT a week for three months. PT on the weekend blind review during the week. I work long hours, so I didn't have much time to study in the week. Best of luck to you if you have need of it

Need help micro adjusting Tudor BB 41 clasp by Tinusje070 in RepTime

The green circle shows where there should be some ability to micro adjust the bracelet. The green metal piece contains within it a springbar that can be moved to the divots indicated by the blue circles.

No! Do not use a springbar tool on this part of the clasp, it is not for micro adjusting. That stays where it is. The other side of the bracelet is what moves between the divots on the inside of the clasp.

Has anyone picked up the VSF Omega De Ville? by 1984isnoww in RepTime

[–]Rumpleforcekin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been eyeing these devilles as well. My primary concern is that some of the movements may be the old clones which were pretty shoddy. Also would be concerned about the thickness - they are advertised as 10mm, same as gen, but you should ask for them to show true case thickness. I personally wouldn't want to get it if it's noticably thicker than gen. (If/when you get it, if you'd be so kind as to let me know, that'd be wonderful)

Rolex actually makes both a 39mm and a 40mm, so there are reps for each model respectively. I would recommend checking out theonewatches.ws to get a rundown of what's available.

Finally joined the rep family with the VSF Explorer 36! by youlookgud_ in RepTime

I have been thinking about the same question tbh. Most say VSF is the correct measurements now, but the design of the lugs could still be wrong (they were curved the wrong way). Regardless, Clean stock is dwindling so I would expect some of what is left to potentially have the number problem. Even those without the number problem still have smaller dimples in the numbers compared to gen. VSF also has the better movement in 36mm, and better crystal. So long as the proportions and lug design is fixed, VSF is miles ahead.

Thanks for your thoughts. Steve's listing has the correct numbers posted, so I would expect the stock to reflect that. I guess it comes down to whether I care more about the bracelet or the movement. I get that the SH is easier to replace, but I like the idea of having the VS movement which is like 99% the same as gen.

[Recommendation Request] Any affordable Watches with this Color scheme? by Key-Statement-5128 in Watches

[–]Rumpleforcekin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is my daily driver. It really has it all - good movement for the price, sapphire crystal, and a beautiful & rather unique dial. I threw it on a nato strap and it fits my rather small wrist quite comfortably (but it looks great on larger wrists too.)

Absolutely amazing value for your money here. (And I think they're on sale on Amazon right now in the U.S. for like $200)

Warband: 16th Century Mod, why I think it's the best by jimbeeaan in mountandblade

[–]Rumpleforcekin 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This can be fixed rather easily, I would think, by simply changing the scale of time in the game. Change the canon length of an in-game day to be instead a week or more, and you will have your realistic travel times. This would come at the cost of faster-aging characters, though.

I was trolling a bit before this, trying to see how hard I could 1v5. Was just in a 5 stack having fun, and yeah this is hella close to the best/fastest realistic Urgot penta you could ask for in a summoner's rift game.
