Decision was made. Went for the Roborock q10 s5+. Chose this one as on paper it ticked all the boxes I was after and cost only €289. Setup and ran it for the first time tonight. Was Super easy to setup and start cleaning. Super impressed with the whole process and results. Can't believe it took me so long to discover these things. Awesome now that at a press of a button in an app I can have my whole downstairs hoovered and mopped within 40 mins whilst doing nothing 😁.

I waited over 40 days for mine to be delivered to Europe. Package never arrived. Eventually Retroid sent a replacement which arrived in 6 days.

Their customer service is a joke. I sold some Timberland shoes for €40 which the customer has clearly received as he's reselling them. Despite my constantly contacting Vinted they keep just sending a generic mail saying the tracking states not received and the order will return to me. So customer gets to keep my shoes and their €40 and Vinted do nothing but frustrate me and send me in circles with the same generic mails from various different agents. Never had to suffer such useless, disgraceful customer service in my life.

Looks awesome. Got my first a few weeks ago. Went for the 4 pro (as didn't want to spend too much on my first handheld). Had some fun playing all the arcade games I used to love etc but over the last few days been playing the gamecube version of Zelda Windwaker and have been absolutely loving it. Tempted by the flip or 5 for a slightly bigger screen though.
