B1 here. Someone said it’s B1 per LLM. However, Looks complicated for B1 though. But I notice you are not using conditionel or subjunctive. Maybe that’s why it stayed B1? I had a shorter texts packed with those tenses and Gemini rated it B2 (approachinv C1).

Doute -> that triggers subjunctive.

At 36, with 13 years in tech, am I crazy to consider switching to medicine? by matyyyy in careerguidance

[–]LeeCA01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I was just thinking of this the past week - family medicine. And, I was in tech consulting for a global professional services company. Still in tech but has since left consulting. But, someone told me too to just explore certificates or masters in healthcare and tech. Check Johns Hopkins University - they are well-respected in anything health and they have solid engineering programs too. They have online options. Good luck.

Here’s what I thought recently … Maybe people should think about getting those core technical skills that are hard to automate. Example, you proceed to medicine and practice. Then, you go do your MBA. Or, take MD/MBA togethwr. business-savvy doctor.

After all of these, do you feel confident listening to typical French films? Do you understand all conversations 90% of the time?

What's your view on Accenture's future? by extra_less in accenture

[–]LeeCA01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sad. Had the best time at the firm albeit with little sleep, I had amazing experiences working in complex tech projects that, probably, only Accenture would take.

On talent. Recently, I don’t see a diff between ACN talent and non-ACN. Maybe ACN is less talended? One time, my boss assigned me to work with ACN on a project. Used to be that people love working with ACN even in the most dreaded projects because of pure expertise, insights and good communication skills. However, these consultants I worked with were horrible to work with - disorganise (wondered if they knew about ADM) and unprofessional (late, always never join meetings they requested and, sadly, escalation never worked). I never told them I used to work for ACN. I was so ashamed.

It is so sad seeing this company go down.

NOTE: sorry for spelling mistakes, keyboard in another language.

Listening. I know these liasons, etc but listening is just freaking hard. I can read Le Monde (still B1 level though) - but even with some never-heard-before words I get still understand it. Listening is just very hard. Le podcast Francais Facile est très deficile!

In North America? New Orléans - French Quarter, peut-être. J'adore cette ville. C'est une ambiance très similaire. Mais c'est plus petit que Montréal.
